  • Excellent diameter control
  • Adapts to the mold dimensions during the cooking process
  • Excellent adherence to meat, avoiding the formation of water or gel between the casing and the stuffing.
  • PVDC (Chlorine) and irradiation free

Ideal for short shelf life application, sliced in facilities prior to packaging.
