They knew I would help if they encountered any obstacles in the future.

A memorable experience I’ve had involves technical support for a new stuffing machine installation for one of our customers. I went in to help the customer set up our casing on the new equipment and helped to fine tune the programs. While I was there, I helped them understand what all of the settings were and assisted them with programming the machine to achieve optimum productivity. They were so grateful that they came to us first when they were developing new products because they knew our casings would work, and they knew I would help if they encountered any obstacles in the future.
