I become the person they want to call.

I believe that customer communication is key to our success.  We are in constant communication with customers to ensure everything is running smoothly and to notify them of any changes.  Open communication is the first step to establishing trust; delivering on what we promised proves that to them.  By meeting customers in person we strengthen our relationships with them; they are able to put a name to a face which I believe is important.  I become the person they want to call to help them place an order or help them work through an issue instead of just another name in their email address book.
