High Efficiency

The innovative Z-Linker utilizes self sharpening cutting blades that rotate on a fixed cam to form and cut uniform links. The efficient cutting action is less demanding on the casing, thus lowering rework and increasing casing utilization. The stainless steel blades are fixed to the disc to ensure precise and uniform link lengths.

Broad Versatility

Altering link lengths is easily accomplished by making a quick and simple change of cams. No adjustments are needed to change diameters.

Low Maintenance

The Z-Linker requires little maintenance and repair. The long lasting, self-sharpening, precision stainless steel linking heads are easy to adjust and replace. Daily cleaning, sanitizing and oiling takes only a few minutes.
